About Zorabelle

Hi, I’m Adwoa Zora, and I started Zorabelle because I believe your space should make you smile every single day.
It began in my tiny flat, trying to create a corner that felt like me on a student budget. I was tired of bland, expensive homeware that looked like everyone else’s. I wanted pieces that were beautiful, affordable, and had personality - items that would make my morning coffee feel special or turn my desk into a place I actually wanted to work.
When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided to create it.
Everyone told me I was crazy. My family said the market was too saturated. Friends asked why I wasn’t getting a “real job.” Even people close to me called it a pipe dream.
But I knew there were others like me - people who wanted their spaces to reflect their personality without breaking the bank. People who understood that the right mug, the perfect organizer, or a cute hair clip can genuinely improve your day.
What Zorabelle Means
Zorabelle isn’t just about products - it’s about the feeling you get when everything in your space works together beautifully. It’s about those small daily moments: reaching for your favorite cup, having a place for everything on your desk, feeling put-together with the right accessories.

UK Standard: 3-5 working days (Free on orders over £25)
UK Express: 1-2 working days (£4.99)

When will my order ship?
Orders placed  Monday-Friday ship the next day! orders ship Monday. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location - you’ll see exact costs at checkout.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Don’t worry - we’ve got you covered! Contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns, no questions asked! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I return an item?

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack it up and drop it off
4. Refund processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope! We provide prepaid return labels for all UK returns. For international returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we only offer refunds rather than exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for what you’d prefer - this ensures you get it fastest!
What condition do items need to be in for returns?
Items should be in original condition with all packaging. We understand you might need to unpack something to see if you love it - that’s totally fine!

Are your products good quality?
Every single item is personally selected and tested by me. If I wouldn’t use it in my own space, I won’t sell it to you. Quality is never negotiable at Zorabelle.
Do you test products before selling them?
Yes! I personally test every product for functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Real-world testing is part of our curation process.
Can you send me additional photos of products?
Absolutely! Message me on WhatsApp or email and I’ll send you extra photos, videos, or answer any specific questions about sizing, colors, or functionality.
Are the colors accurate in your photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but screens can vary. If color is crucial for your purchase, message us for additional photos or color descriptions!

Do you offer gift wrapping?
